Instead, our remuneration is structured around commission on realised profit, ranging from 2% to 5% depending on the product. This model ensures our sole focus is on sourcing and structuring the strongest possible opportunities. The greater the return achieved for our clients, the greater our incentive — a structure designed to reward performance, not volume.
